We get it. That’s why we created our Doodle & Chat option — a gentler, more playful way to engage in therapy. Instead of sitting face-to-face with all the intensity, both you and your therapist will doodle while you talk. Your hands stay busy, your body stays calmer, and your mind has more room to open up.
And don’t worry — this isn’t about being “good” at art. Doodling here is about letting go, not getting it right. There’s no pressure for perfection, no expectations of pretty or polished. Just lines, colors, and movement that help your nervous system soften and your thoughts flow more freely.
It’s still real therapy. Still real healing.
Just with markers, mandalas, and a whole lot less pressure.
