Pennsylvania Crime Victims Compensation Assistance Program (VCAP)

If you or your child have been impacted by a crime, financial support for therapy may be available through the Pennsylvania Crime Victims Compensation Assistance Program (VCAP). This program helps cover costs related to healing and recovery, including counseling services for eligible individuals.

You may be eligible if…

• The crime occurred in Pennsylvania.

• The crime was reported to law enforcement within 72 hours

• OR A Protection from Abuse Order (PFA) was filed
