About the group
Join our Socio-Emotional Skills Group for Kids, where children learn to understand their feelings, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills through play, creativity, and connection.
This group uses engaging, child-friendly activities inspired by tools like A Little SPOT of Feelings to help kids:

Identify and name emotions

Understand what feelings are trying to tell them

Learn coping skills for anxiety, frustration, and overwhelm

Build social skills such as communication, patience, and problem-solving
Led by trained therapists
Play-based and expressive arts focused
Safe, supportive, and affirming space
Perfect for children who:

Have big emotions or frequent meltdowns

Struggle with anxiety or frustration

Have difficulty expressing feelings

Want to build confidence and social skills

Wednesdays at 2pm
Ages: 6-9
