About Andy
"I am a queer, neurodivergent therapist committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space where children, teens, and adults can show up as their full, authentic selves. I work with individuals navigating a range of mental health experiences using a person-centered, trauma-informed lens in my therapeutic practice.
I believe that each person is the expert of their own life, situation, and place in this complicated, scary world. My role is to listen deeply, honor your lived experience, and support you in identifying what healing, growth, and connection look like for you. I recognize the impact that trauma—both personal and systemic—can have on how we move through the world, and I strive to create a space that emphasizes safety, choice, collaboration, and empowerment.
I aim to provide care that is neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and adaptable to different communication styles, sensory needs, and ways of processing. Need to sit on the floor and fidget? Go for it! Want to integrate expressive arts or play in your therapy? Let’s do it!
My approach is grounded in the belief that difference is not deficiency—and that healing begins with understanding, acceptance, and genuine connection.
Above all, I seek to build a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, respect, and authenticity. Whether you are exploring your identity, processing trauma, building coping strategies, or simply looking for a space where you feel understood, I am here to walk alongside you at your pace."
