About Taylor
Hi, I’m Taylor!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who primarily works with children and adolescents. I also work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life stressors.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe and supportive space, one where you or your child can come as you are without fear of judgment. My approach is trauma informed and person centered, rooted in empathy and respect. I understand that opening up can feel vulnerable, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable sharing even the most difficult emotions.
With children and teens, I incorporate play therapy, CBT, DBT informed strategies, and motivational interviewing to make sessions engaging and meaningful. I enjoy helping young clients better understand their feelings, strengthen coping skills, and build confidence in themselves. I also value parent and family collaboration, recognizing that support outside of session plays an important role in growth.
Throughout my career, I have worked in acute partial hospitalization and outpatient settings, supporting individuals with a range of clinical needs. I have experience working with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, depression, and challenges related to emotional regulation and social skills. These experiences have strengthened my ability to provide structured, supportive care while tailoring treatment to each individual.
When working with adults, I take a holistic approach, focusing on emotional awareness, practical coping strategies, and creating space to process life stressors in a way that feels manageable and empowering.
My goal is for therapy to be something you look forward to, a space where you feel seen, supported, and able to work toward meaningful growth and change.
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking or relaxing in my hammock, going to concerts, and spending time with my two cats.
If you think we’d work well together, I’d love to connect!
